There are instances in which science leaps to flawed conclusions because its practitioners cannot tolerate the ambiguity of not knowing. It is therefore critical that you, as a student, learn to recognize when you are being presented with information that is based on bias and assumption rather than solid evidence.

This means evaluating ideas, ideologies and even your own thoughts in a disciplined way—seeking knowledge and evidence that fits with reality, and allowing that to be your guide. In doing so, we believe you will be equipped to withstand the pressures secular society may place on you in its desire to make you reject God and His Word.
