We can be confident we have accurate renditions of the Bible not only because of the vast number of early manuscripts, but also because of the relatively short time span between the completion of the original documents and the creation of our earliest surviving copies. Moreover, the Bible is primarily composed of eyewitness accounts, so as you might expect, it is historically reliable, with archeology both confirming and affirming its accuracy. Finally, the Bible is replete with fulfilled prophecies, making it statistically impossible to have been authored without the divine inspiration of an omnipresent, all-knowing God. (Most of this information is presented after the first 15 minutes.)
